Cut chicken into cubes or bite sized pieces and mix in bowl with 1tbsp Nsai Goreng Rice Paste. Allow to marinate for an hour if possible.
700 grams Chicken breast or thigh fillet
Thinly slice the onions

Fry onions on medium heat until soft

Increase heat add Nasi Goreng paste and fry until fragrant.

Add chicken pieces and fry until browned all over

Add coconut cream, peanut butter and brown sugar. The sauce will sweeten as it thickens so add the sugar a little at a time to get your desired sweetness
1 can Coconut Cream, 2 tbsp Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
Lower heat and simmer for around 20 mins. The sauce will thicken and darken.
Serve on rice rice. Delish!
